Quince

The story behind this piece makes my heart ache. It was commissioned for a dear friends niece whose beautiful baby girl was stillborn, without a cause. Her name was Sussanah Quince, after the Quince flower. The woman in this piece is the babies mother... The tenderness and grief of a mother can't be captured but it was special to try and make something meaningful.
