Nanny Magnet

One day, I went out to the studio/barn to take photos of two of my alpaca sculptures, inspired by two of my moms alpacas (Envy & Bullet). I set them up on the fence outside of the barn, and the real alpacas came over to investigate, so I got them in some of my shots. The next day I was sorting through all my photos, one of which was a perfect face shot of moms real alpaca Nanny McPhee (that’s her name because she has two big crooked lower front teeth that stick out). I had a lot of varying caramel colored pieces of clay, sitting next to my computer, all from me trying to mix the perfect color for a cat and a skin tone.. So, I decided to try and make Nanny McPhee out of that clay and this was the result.
